FeelMe is an AI driven – Machine learning video recognition software. This software will be available to customers as a Google Chrome Extension, which turns any type of adult content (2D/Webcam) interactive.

FeelMe AI is not syncing properly!
Our AI is trained everyday on hundreds of videos, we are proud to offer up to 98% accuracy in how the AI analyses videos and translates this into a signal.
For the most part, if your toy is not syncing properly to what is seen on your screen, there may be a few reasons.
Mainly, because of slow internet connection or the browser may be overloaded. Here are some tips to resolve these issues:
Make sure your internet connection is stable and you can easily browses other sites. If it is still not syncing correctly, try restarting the device you are connecting your toy too.
Only have 2 tabs open when using FeelMe AI. These being FeelMe AI itself and the website on which you would like to watch your adult content.
Try to close all other programs running on your device that may be consuming processing power during your session with FeelMe AI.
Does FeelMe AI work on a Windows PC?
Yes, FeelMe AI works on Windows PC computers. To use FeelMe AI you must use a Chrome browser on a laptop or desktop.
Does FeelMe AI work on Apple Mac computers?
Yes, FeelMe AI works on Apple Mac computers, to use FeelMe AI you must use a Chrome browser on a MacBook or iMac.
Why do I need to download the FeelMe AI extension?
Video Watcher Chrome extension is required for the video analysis in another tab. In order for our video recognition software to analyse the Media player of an adult content website, the plug in is needed. You can download the FeelMe AI extension HERE.
What devices are supported?
Right now, FeelMe AI is supported on Windows, Mac, Apple iPhones and Android phones. It is however not supported on Linux or other operating systems.

Why is my interactive sex toy not connecting?
If your sex toy is not connecting, try refreshing your browser. Make sure that Bluetooth is on both on your computer and that your compatible sex toy is in pairing mode. You do not need to connect the toy directly to your laptop or desktop, as FeelMe AI uses the Chrome Browsers Bluetooth feature. Only for the Kiiroo Onyx+ range, is it required to pair your toy directly to your Windows laptop or desktop, this however not required for Mac.
I can’t open the extension, what should I do?
First, try refreshing the FeelMe AI page. If it still does not work, try uninstalling the extension from your Chrome browser and reinstalling it
Does FeelMe AI work with live streams?
Yes, FeelMe AI works with live streams. It has been developed to work with any adult video including live streams. The Video Watcher extension allows you to watch any adult video and sync it to your interactive toy in real time. However, there will be some platforms that are not yet fully compatible with FeelMe AI. If you experience compatibility issues with some platforms and would like to suggest a platform or website for future compatibility, please contact us via info@feelrobotics.com
Does FeelMe AI work with Virtual Reality?
Currently, FeelMe AI does not work with mobile browser (cardboard VR) and Oculus (similar VR devices).
We do however intent to explore this option. If you have any suggestions, feel free to send us your feedback to info@feelrobotics.com
What videos will work with FeelMe AI?
FeelMe AI is compatible with all adult videos. However, there are certain videos that will synchronize better with your toy, such as centrally placed one-on-one action and steady camera movements. If you choose to watch videos with handheld camera shots, videos which contain action with 3 or more people, then be advised that the toy may not synchronize as perfectly as you’d like. Since this is a state-of-the-art technology, we are constantly working to improve and train the AI to recognize a diverse range of actions. As time goes on, the AI gets better and better at recognizing and synchronizing movements with your toy. What types of movement in video does FeelMe AI work with?
FeelMe AI works with almost all types of movements in the video you watch. There are integrated settings in the extension window to control how the AI responds to certain types of movement. These settings allow you to customize your interactive experience by modifying the type of movement processed based on the type of action you are watching. For example, the Autopilot setting keeps your adult toy active before and/or after sexual action in the video. The device remains active to maintain a harmonious experience
How do I upgrade/downgrade from a subscription plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription from your FeelMe AI account under “Manage Subscription.”
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, login to your FeelMe AI account, and go to “Manage Subscription.”
What is your cancellation policy?

Can I put my subscription on hold?
Yes, you can do so in “Manage Subscription” via your FeelMe AI account.
What company will appear on my bank statement when I pay for FeelMe AI?
On purchase of a subscription of FeelMe AI, the name that will appear on your bank/ credit card statement is Feel Technology Limited.
Will I receive an invoice from FeelMe AI?
Yes, you will receive an invoice when you pay for your subscription plan and each time you are billed.
When can I expect to be billed?
You can expect to be billed after 30 days for a monthly subscription plan, every 6 months for a bi-yearly plan, and once a year for a yearly plan. You will receive a reminder email before your new subscription period will be billed.
Do you keep my creditcard information on file?
We do not store or have access to any payment or financial information of our users; however, we will store the transaction or order ID, date of purchase and plan duration to give you the correct information regarding your subscription and to offer support with any issues.

Does FeelMe AI store any logs?
FeelMe AI has a record of user accounts, such as emails, logins, and usernames. However, FeelMe AI does not have any information about your identity and does not keep any record of your financial information.
